It’s that time of year when the Jolly man in the Red Suite is coming to town. We in NZ are lucky as we are the first stop on his rounds. To everyone we wish a safe and Happy Xmas. Reflect on the last year don’t bother dwelling on failures but on what it is you have achieved. Be proud it has not been an easy year but here we all are still in business and doing well. Embrace the New Year with great enthusiamn, set your goals high and more than ever demand more from yourself than anyone else would. It is going to be a great. Take the time to think about what you are grateful for not what you don’t have. Look after yourself and your families. Life is great. Have a good one. The trust deed document should be set up to deal with:
* Nature and purpose of trust.
* Parties involved
* Duties and powers of trustees.
* Delegation of responsibilities of trustees.
* Trustees powers to invest trust assets.
* The manner in which the trust bank account will operate.
* Minutes must be recorded.
