Savoury Muffins
Here’s a great recipe you can make on a Sunday afternoon to fill up the school lunch boxes, and healthy too. Makes 12 in muffin tin.
Ingredients

1 and a half cups of self raising flour.

1 teaspoon of baking power.

1 egg.

1 cup of milk

Your own flavour of cheese – based on taste.

Fillings of your choice – Bacon, Onion, Spinach, Corn, Ham, Paprika, Morrocan spice, Pineapple, Leftovers, or whatever takes your fancy.
Instructions.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, be careful not to over mix.

Spoon into a greased muffin tin and baked for approximately 20 mins or until golden brown @ 180-200 degrees.
Important Point – remember to preheat your oven!
