FOR ROTORUA RESIDENTS
Effective from 1 December 2010 the Rotorua District Council passed a bylaw regarding the installation of approved wood or pellet burners which may affect the property you are selling/buying. We suggest if the property you are buying/selling has a wood burner, you contact us for further information. As from 1 May 2012 a property cannot be sold with a non-compliant solid fuel burner.
